As a result, we have adjusted our estimated delivery windows shown in your cart / order confirmation page based on guidance from our carriers and fulfillment partners.
For example, orders that typically take 1–3 days to arrive may now take 1–4 or 1–5 days.
This extended delivery window means that, in most cases, the back end of the delivery window falls beyond December 24, 2024.
While over 80% of orders are still arriving within the earlier part of the shipping window, we cannot guarantee delivery within a specific timeframe. Please consider this when placing your order, as there is a chance it could fall on the later end of the shipping window after the holiday.

Dec 25 Delivery Delay Refund Eligibility
- The order was received before Dec 18 10:30 PM CST in US (Excluding Hawaii and Alaska), before Dec 12 05:00 AM CST in Canada and before Dec 16 11:00 AM CST in UK and Dec 17 11:00 AM CST in Europe
- The order has an Estimated Delivery before Dec 25, 2024
- The order hasn’t changed after the original order is submitted (we cannot guarantee delivery once changes are made)
- The order hasn’t experienced a carrier reported weather delay (we cannot guarantee what the weather will do)
- The order hasn’t been indicated as delivered by the carrier before Dec 25 12:00 AM CST (we cannot guarantee what happens once the order is delivered)
- The order hasn’t been replaced with a replacement order that shows as delivered by the carrier before Dec 25 12:00 AM CST (replacement orders count as meeting this guarantee)
Note: The Estimated Delivery above is the maximum value of the date range that is shown on both checkout (after entering your address) and on your order confirmation email.
If your order meets the criteria above, you must request a refund no later than Dec 31 11:59PM via email, chat, or phone to receive the refund.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery dates can be viewed in the cart (must set location), on the checkout page, and in order confirmation emails.
All kits are Made in U.S.A and ship from our California, Tennessee, or Maryland warehouses. All kits are Made in U.S.A and ship from our Toronto warehouse. All kits are Made in Switzerland and ship from our Amsterdam warehouse All kits are Made in Switzerland and ship from our Southampton warehouse
We do not offer expedited shipping at this time.
Shipping and Handling Fees
Shipping and handling fees can be viewed in the cart (must specify delivery address) and in checkout. Our kits are big and heavy and the shipping costs may be significant.
All orders include VAT and will not incur any additional import fees if ordering within the EU. All orders to addresses outside the EU may incur additional import fees. Any additional import fees will be collected by the carrier after your order; we do not collect the import fees. In Switzerland specifically, the import fees are normally about 25% of the order amount.

The shipping address must be a physical address (not a PO box).
Damaged or Stolen Shipments
Once we deliver your order to the carrier, we are not responsible for damage to your order or replacing your order if stolen once delivered. Please contact the carrier to file an appropriate claim.
Gifts
No logo is on the shipping box; instead, the orders are shipped in a plain brown shipping box to avoid giving away the surprise.
A packing slip may be included inside the shipping box; however, the packing slip only includes a list of items in the shipping box without any prices.
Shipping to Multiple Locations
To ship an order to multiple locations, place individual orders for each location and request a partial refund to match the total price of a combined order if the following criteria are met…
- Each order was placed within three days of the first order
- Each order has the same billing name and address
