This Europe Terms Supplement applies to customers shopping from the Europe storefront, shipping to an eligible European address, billing from an eligible European address, or otherwise using Make-A-Fort’s services from within the European Economic Area or other eligible European destinations.

Nothing in our main Terms of Service, Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, or this supplement is intended to limit any statutory rights, withdrawal rights, cancellation rights, refund rights, delivery rights, product conformity rights, remedies, warranties, guarantees, or protections available to you under applicable European consumer protection law.

For many online purchases of goods, European consumers may have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days after delivery, subject to applicable exceptions. Where goods are not delivered within an agreed delivery timeframe, or where no timeframe was agreed and delivery is not made within the period required by applicable law, you may have additional rights or remedies under applicable European consumer protection law.

Some non-EU European destinations may have different duties, import charges, tax rules, delivery rights, or consumer protection requirements. Where applicable local law gives you additional non-waivable rights, those rights will apply to the extent required by law.
